Cacao & Cauliflower Oats

Serves 1

Vegan / Gluten-Free / Dairy-Free / Nut-Free


  • 1/2 cup steamed cauliflower 
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats – we used GF Oats found in your Spring Box
  • 1/4 cup almond milk 
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 – 2 tsp maple syrup 


Place the cauliflower into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the oats, cauliflower, almond milk and water into a small saucepan and simmer for about ten minutes, stirring frequently, until the oats have thickened. You can add a little more water or allow them to cook longer to adjust according to your desired consistency.

Stir in the cacao, cinnamon and maple syrup and cook for a further minute, then remove from the heat.

Serve and add your favourite toppings –
E.g Banana, peanut butter, dairy-free dark chocolate and coconut shreds.
