What is included in MMWB?
Each Motivate Me Wellness Box includes variety of health and fitness related products which have been hand-picked to motivate, nourish and refresh you on your wellness journey.
Each season you will receive between 10-15 different products including;
- Health and beauty products to support an active lifestyle
- Sporting and lifestyle accessories or equipment
- Foods to nourish and support a healthy body
- Products to inspire and assist you in achieving your goals
You will also receive a copy of our very own Motivate Me Wellness Magazine which has been put together in collaboration with health experts to bring you exercise tips, workouts, healthy recipes and wellness articles.
Is everything Vegan/ Gluten-Free/ Natural?
While we can’t guarantee everything will be all of the above, we have a strong focus on products that fall into these categories.
We are particularly passionate about ensuring products are free from animal-cruelty and as such you will find the products in our Boxes are always vegan-friendly.
We can also guarantee the majority of our Boxes will always be gluten-free.
We are super passionate about including products that are as natural and as possible.
While this does not mean that ALL items in our Boxes will be 100% natural (this is not alway possible as we do include items such as fitness equipment or other products that are understandably not 100% natural,) we do however aim to ensure the majority of our products will be as natural and as free from toxins as possible.
When are payments withdrawn?
SUMMER – 25th November
AUTUMN – 25th February
WINTER – 25th May
SPRING – 25th August
If you order a seasonal subscription box during pre-sales, your next payment date will be three months later. E.g. If you sign up on the 10th of November, your following payment will be the 10th of February.
If you purchase after the shipping date- E.g. the 5th of December, your following payment will align with the following seasons payment date (25th Feb).
When are boxes sent out and how often?
You will receive 4 boxes throughout the year. The postage dates are as follow;
SUMMER – 1st December
AUTUMN – 1st March
WINTER – 1st June
SPRING – 1st September
Please note if these dates fall on a weekend or public holiday they will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after these dates your box will be shipped within 3 business days.
How long does postage take?
WA: 1 – 2 days
VIC, NSW, TAS: 4 – 5 days
QLD: 5 – 6 days
ACT, SA, NT: 5 – 10 days
NZ: up to 10 days
*Please note some regional location can take up to 10 days.
What shipping company do you use?
We use several different courier companies, including Fastway and Australia-Post, depending on where you are located.
How can I track my postage?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will then be able to use this number to track your order through the shipping company’s website.
How much is postage?
Postage is free Australia-wide
NZ postage is $15.00
(Please note $15.00 is the postage cost per box, therefore this will be additional for each seasonal subscription. E.g. If you order a yearly subscription you will be charged $60.00 postage as this will cover postage for the 4 boxes you will receive throughout the year.)
